Considering Changing Your Blogging Software? WordPress Makes It Easy- They Import Your Posts and more

This is a little feature I wish I knew about when I started this blog. I did it all by hand! This is one of the reasons why I asked people to contact me and tell me about their favorite Wordpress resources. 

Below are your options when importing with WordPress:

(From WordPress) Import

If you have posts or comments in another system, WordPress can import those into this blog. To get started, choose a system to import from below:

Blogger	Import posts, comments, and users from a Blogger blog
Blogware	Import posts from Blogware
GreyMatter	Import users, posts, and comments from a Greymatter blog
Movable Type and TypePad	Import posts and comments from a Movable Type or Typepad blog
Textpattern	Import categories, users, posts, comments, and links from a Textpattern blog
