    I definitely agree with this. No follow links mean a waste of time and effort because it’s useless and does no good to your site at all. In creating links just make sure that they are doFollow in order for your site to flow in the right direction. There are a lot of ways to assess if a site is NoFollow or doFollow so you better build links the right way.
